Specific quantities, show allocations and activation details are defined in the sponsorship agreement.

* Booth credit is included in eligible package prices and applies toward approved booth bookings. Additional costs are paid separately. Space, location and availability are confirmed with each booking; floor space is not guaranteed.

** Staff wristbands are priced and counted with each approved booth booking. No automatic access at every show. Guest wristbands are separate and do not provide booth or setup access.

Benefits are subject to event availability, existing partner commitments and artwork deadlines. Tier names do not grant event or tour naming rights. Any “presented by” activation requires separate approval and a written scope. Custom packages are available upon request.
