Frequently Asked Questions
Got a question about an upcoming show? If you don't see it here, email us anytime at info@lowrider.com.
Tickets & General Admission
How do I buy a ticket or register for a show?
Find your city's show page on lowrider.com (or the Eventbrite link for that stop) and pick the ticket type you need: general admission, vehicle/exhibitor space, or vendor.
Can I pay at the door?
Yes! Tickets are also available at the registration booth on show day, and we accept card payments there.
Are kids free?
Kids under 12 get in free! No ticket needed.
I bought tickets separately from my family or friends. Can we still be seated together?
If your tickets are on the same order, we'll make sure your group is placed together. Just note: if you're using a family pack, everyone on that pack needs to check in together.
Can my friend and I have our vehicle spaces placed next to each other?
We can't guarantee it, but arriving early gives you the best shot at being placed nearby.
Does the name on my ticket need to match who's attending?
Yes, the name on the ticket should match the attendee. If it's wrong, just email us and we'll fix it and resend your confirmation.
I never got my confirmation email. Can you resend it?
Of course, email us and we'll resend your Eventbrite confirmation right away.
Will the exhibitor registration fee go up closer to the event?
No, the exhibitor fee stays the same no matter when you register.
Vehicle / Exhibitor Registration
How do I register my car for a show?
Purchase a vehicle space ticket (sizes vary - e.g., 10x10, 10x20) through the Eventbrite link for that city. Once registered, email photos and videos of your car to us so we can prepare for your arrival.
I already registered. Do I need to do anything else?
You're all set! Move-in instructions are emailed to your purchase address about 2-3 weeks before the event.
Are exhibitor spots ever sold out?
Yes, some shows do sell out. If that happens, we'll let you know spaces are full and keep you in mind for future shows.
I accidentally registered or paid twice. Can you fix it?
Yes. Email us and we'll cancel the duplicate order and confirm your one active registration.
Vendors
Can I set up as a food or beverage vendor?
In most cases, our venues handle food and beverage vendors directly, so we're not able to add outside vendors for those. Reach out to the venue directly to ask about their process.
Can I register as a general (non-food) vendor?
Yes, just select your show and purchase a vendor ticket through the Eventbrite/registration link for that city.
Where do I park and load in as a vendor?
Trailer parking is available at the help booth, and our staff will point you to your setup location. We'll also email move-in details ahead of the show.
Refunds & Order Corrections
Can I get a refund if I changed my mind or can't make it?
Our tickets are generally non-refundable. We know that's not the answer everyone hopes for, but it helps us keep planning accurately for every show.
What if I was double-charged, or the wrong ticket/space was purchased because of a system error?
That's different. If the issue was on our end (a duplicate charge, the wrong space, or a technical glitch), we'll cancel the order and refund you, usually back to your original card within 5-7 business days. Just email us with your order details.
Can I switch to a different vehicle space size or location?
Yes. We'll refund your current space so you can repurchase the size or spot you'd prefer.
Show-Day Logistics
Is the show indoors or outdoors?
It depends on the city. Most 2026 stops are indoors, with some outdoor elements at a few venues. Check your city's show page for specifics, or ask us anytime.
Can I bring outside food, drinks, or a wagon as an attendee?
This varies by venue. Some shows welcome wagons and outside food or drinks; others don't. We recommend checking your city's Eventbrite page or asking us before you head over.
When will I get move-in instructions?
We email move-in instructions about 2-3 weeks before the event, to the address you used at purchase.
Where do I park?
Parking details are specific to each venue. Check your city's show page, or email us and we'll send the address and any parking notes.
What time does a specific contest or activity start?
For the most up-to-date show schedule, check the official Lowrider Instagram or your city's Eventbrite page.
Media, Photography & Filming
Can I take photos or videos at the show?
Absolutely! Personal photos and videos are welcome throughout the event. Professional or commercial photography/filming is reserved for our media team and approved credentialed media.
How can I get involved with the Lowrider media team, or apply as a photographer?
Our media team is typically fully booked for the current year, but we'd love to keep your information on file for future opportunities. Send us a note and check back later in the year.
Artists, DJs, Judges & Entertainment
How do I submit an artist, band, or DJ to perform at a show?
Send us a few examples of their work directly by email. We review every submission, but most shows for the current year are already booked. If we can't fit you in this year, we'll keep you in mind for next season. Feel free to follow up toward the end of the year.
How do I become a judge at a show?
Judging spots are typically booked out for the year, but we'd love to have you attend as our guest and keep an eye out for next year's opportunities.
Car Clubs
How do I officially register my car club?
Head to lowrider.com/club-registration to register. This keeps your club on file and connected to our updates, events, and future opportunities.
Can I get an official club registration certificate?
Certificates aren't available right now. We've paused this feature while we rebuild how they're issued, and our team is actively working to bring it back. If your club is registered, you're already on file, and we'll email you as soon as certificates are available again. Thanks for your patience!
Awards
I won an award at the show but never received it. What happened?
We're sorry about that! If an award wasn't available on-site, send us your name and mailing address and we'll get it shipped out to you.
Magazine Subscription & Print Status
Is Lowrider Magazine still in print? Can I subscribe to get a physical copy?
Physical issues aren't being printed right now, but we'll email everyone the moment that changes. In the meantime, subscribe to our free email list for the latest drops, stories, events, and news at lowrider.com/#subscribe.
Does it cost anything to subscribe by email?
Nope. It's completely free.
Tour Cities
Will there be a show in my city?
If your city isn't currently on the tour, know that we hear you. Every region matters to Lowrider culture, and we keep every request in mind for future planning. Watch for our tour announcement each year to see what's next.

Is there a Lowrider online store?
Our online store is still in the works! In the meantime, subscribe to our email list so you're the first to know when it launches.
I'm a brand or vendor interested in partnering with Lowrider. Who do I contact?
We'd love to hear from you. Email us with details about your brand and what you have in mind, and our team will follow up.
