“To leave no stone unturned” is an idiom that applies to just about every car customizer out there, but more so for hot rod and lowrider builders. Our cars are our lives, our extended families, and a piece of the family heritage that often gets passed from one generation to the next.
Though most of our builds are traditionally done on classics, the movement has long been an influencing factor for even late-model cars and trucks and this is a great example. This Cadillac EXT owned by the president of Solid CC speaks volumes about lowrider lifestyle. From the paint scheme to the exquisite interior, it could almost be thought of as an extreme or radical build, and this one hails from Tokyo, Japan. Owned by Yoriaki Satake, this Cadillac boasts a long list of mods that’d fit well into the Cali scene. Its extreme and elaborate paintjob is an extension of the interior and it’s a definite head turner that grabs the attention of men, women, and children.
With street scene murals found on the inside of the tailgate, the EXT walks tall in the world of customs and it comes as no surprise that the name of the truck is, “Da Wild Player Dos.” That said, we tip our hats to the homies in Japan that support and push our movement and this is just the beginning of many crazy customs that you’ll come to find in Japan.
