Walking by the ARP I spotted this little Honda motorcycle. I’m not into Honda’s let alone crotch-rockets but lets set that to the side and just focus on unique engraving. The motorcycle was called ShoGun and it was an eight-year project by three artists who wanted to use the art of metal to tell a story of Kanji from their home country of Japan. Brian Fuller would hand make each piece for the ShoGun motorcycle. The parts were then sent to graffiti artist Totem who added all the art on the metal with a sharpie. Pieces were then sent to Tarrera who brought all the 2D sharpie illustrations into 3D with his engraving techniques.
