Last month we introduced our newest section to Lowrider Magazine; Lowrider Deluxe. The dictionary defines the word as “notably luxurious, elegant, or expensive,” so this new section will focus on those premium additions that builders use to bring their cars to life. We’ll profile luxury accessories, priceless customizations, and those rare and hard-to-find parts that can really push a Lowrider build into exclusive territory.
The saying “one man’s trash becomes another man’s treasure” couldn’t be more true than in the world of automobile restoration. Back in the day, the automobiles that were 30 or 40 years old were considered “Bombs.” This type of thinking has changed somewhat, since today, a ’69 Caprice is about 40 years old, while the early year Fleetlines and Master Deluxes are almost 70 years old at this point.
The following items in this new Deluxe section will make you appreciate the gems that you may already have, while also showcasing some rare and amazing pieces, not commonly seen these days.
