Growing up in the ’90’s, Alex Jones, of Germany, was a big fan of rap music. While watching the music videos, Alex got his first glimpse of Lowriders. “It was something strange (lowriders) to me and it took me a while to understand the culture, but I liked it. We have very strict car laws over here in Europe so you don’t see Lowriders very often.”
Alex’s “brick creations” are influenced by things he likes, such as graffiti and movies. For his lowrider collection, he bought several chrome bricks and added working functions. He added functioning motors to all four corners of the Lego cars suspensions, which allow them to go into a three-wheel type of motion. You can see more of Alex’s creations on his website at Orionpax.de.
