Christian Diaz, the father of Baby Chris, grew up in the Lowrider scene and is determined to be able to have his son say the same. “I decided to build my son a pedal car so he can participate at car shows with me,” says Christian. “I hope that he grows up with the Lowrider scene and follows in my footsteps. “I grew up in love with Lowriders and I hope my son Baby Chris loves them as much as I do.” Given how much fun Chris will have in this incredible pedal car, we can all assume that he will certainly grow up to be a certified Lowrider. Dayvis Paz, of Advance Auto Body in Garden Grove, CA., took care of the bodywork on the pedal car, while Marlon Paz, also of Advance Auto Body, sprayed the candy cobalt blue House of Kolor paint. Elizer, of Santa Ana, CA., added the stripes and the “Cars” movie-themed murals along with the image of Baby Chris to spruce up the exterior of the pedal car.
Christian sends his thanks and appreciation to Baby Chris’ grandpa for helping out and to all the workers at Advance Auto Body in Garden Grove, CA., for their help.
