As the sun rises it peaks in through the window,its rays shine off her glistening skin,so soft n perfect its like im holding onto an angel,I am holding onto an angel,my angel,the one sent to me from god to make my life complete.
A single thought crosses my mind as our fingers intertwine this is heaven.
As our lips meet for that breif moment to say good morning without words,a moment so precious that angels cry,but not mine with her strong soul she is my perfect match.
With a gentle hand I cup her beautiful face,beauty unmeasured,so precious that god must have had mercy on me.I lean in and give her one sweet n suddle kiss,whispering the words I LOVE YOU,TE AMO POR VIDA.
With such perfection around me how can I have a negative thought in my head,I wonder as I prepare for another day at work,as the water runs down my back from the shower,cascading down my ink covered skin like a waterfall.Fresh and ready to start the day I walk into the kitchen where the sweet smells of fresh toast arise,I slowly walk up behind my angel,wrapping my arms around her waist,her head lays back on my chest as she takes in a breath with a smile,knowing thats a smell she will be waiting to return as I get ready to leave for work,our kids outside in the yard playing with the pitbulls,I give her one longing kiss as I ready myself to walk outside to depart for my shift.
Approaching the caddy I gaze up at the sun,a smile on my face I whisper thank you god,its a beautiful day and Im off to work,such time shouldnt be abused by a job,but to provide I do what I have to do.
As simple as life can be it can also be torment,with haters breathing down your neck,wanting what you have so they can try to be happy like you.What they will never understand is what makes you that happy.
Leaving work theres only one thought on my mind,my angel is home waiting for her man to return to her loving arms,its another successful day,another day in heaven.
