 how do you take apps for a wife? lol if that's the case how are you qualified?

Reason: Fixed a smilie, at the moment smilies need a space at the end and beginning of one... for the most part, this only effects a smilie at the start or end of a post. I hope to get rid of the space requirement soon :)
