The PTA (Parent Teacher Association) is an organization made up of parents, teachers, and staff members of a school to organize parent participation in the school. The group organizes family events and helps raise funds for their particular school. La Puente, California’s School PTA enlisted the help of Royal Image Car Club to once again produce a car show and family fair, in May 2010, after a successful 2009 event.
Royal Image got the word out about the show via the internet and placed plenty of promotions at various car shows leading up to the day of the show. The morning of the show, car clubs from the surrounding areas showed up to support the fundraiser. Traffic, Techniques, Together, Premier, Trucha, and Amigos were all on hand, showing off their Sunday best. Antiques brought out some of their super clean Bombs, and Westside had a strong line up, including club president Page’s “LeCab.”
The ever-busy DJ Chente was on hand as well, providing the sound entertainment and hosting the raffles for the event. There were a few vendors on site, including Mobstar, who were selling their latest line of apparel. The PTA had plenty of food and drinks available for sale for those in attendance, feeding hungry appetites and quenching the thirst of the many attendees who came out to support this great event.
Royal Image and the California School PTA once again produced a great event, and achieved the biggest aspect of show success; they raised money for the children of the school. Our congratulations go out to them on this successful event!
